Active in the financial services industry since 1974, Daniel M. Dan Isard has consulted with 2000 clients on matters including feasibility studies, appraisals, mergers, acquisitions, business management assignments, family transfers, securing financing, and testified as an expert witness in litigation across the USA. For ten years he has been the editor of Preneed Perspective.   During his career, Dan has been privileged to present over 500 speeches to groups large and small, had more than 250 articles published in all major death care industry media, and written two books, both published by UCG/FCS Worldwide. 

In addition, Dan has been interviewed by and quoted in such prestigious publications as the Wall Street Journal, New York Times,  Los Angeles Times,  Newsweek, Forbes, Business Week, and Money Magazine.  He has been interviewed for local TV and radio as well as CBS’s 60 Minutes and NPR’s All Things Considered.

In the late 1990’s, Dan founded and was Vice-President of Allegiance Capital, LLC, a financing company specializing in loans to funeral homes and cemeteries. In 2005, Dan became associated with Aldor Solutions and until April 2007 was Vice President and General Manager of this holding company which includes several cutting-edge technology and soft-ware based enterprises providing internet linked solutions for the death care industry.

Originally from Minneapolis, MN, Kevin accumulated ten years of business consulting experience, including four with financial analysis emphasis prior to joining Foresight in 2003. He has a B.S. in Marketing from Arizona State University. Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife, young son, and their Australian Shepherd.

   
   

Susan Dragoo
Executive Assistant
 

Susan is a Phoenix native and grew up in Scottsdale. Through her diverse background, Susan brings a wide range of skills and ability to her role as Executive Assistant. Prior to joining Foresight, Susan owned a business in the automotive industry for ten years, worked in administration and accounting for eight years, and managed the Café at her church, including catered events. She likes to play tennis and volleyball, enjoys reading and loves to cook for friends.

   
   

Drew Altmaier
Marketing Assistant
 

A Nebraska native, Drew graduated from the University of Nebraska in 2009 with a B.A in Journalism. He has gained experience working for many non-profit groups helping to maximize their marketing and business development potential, in addition to working several years in the hospitality industry before joining The Foresight Companies in 2011. When he isn’t working Drew loves to spend time reading, running, and enjoying the company of his friends.

   
   

Dan Heaman
Marketing Associate
 

Active in the funeral industry since the early 1990's, Dan worked for both corporately-owned and family-owned funeral homes as a licensed funeral director.  He earned his Certified Funeral Service Practitioner (CFSP) designation in 2006.  His articles on customer service, marketing and public relations have appeared in several industry publications.  His hobbies include professional cars, reading and writing.  Dan resides in St. Louis, MO and spends his free time with his wife, two children and one terribly spoiled cat.
