Active in the financial services industry since 1974, Daniel M. Isard specializes in advising owners
of successful closely-held businesses. During the past three decades, he has developed close
relationships with funeral directors, cemeterians, and combination operators across the United States,
and has established his reputation as a trusted advisor to business owners and their families.
Dan Isard has consulted with 2000 clients on matters including feasibility studies, appraisals,
mergers, acquisitions, business management assignments, family transfers, securing financing, and
testified as an expert witness in litigation across the USA. For ten years he has been the editor
of Preneed Perspective. During his career, Dan has been privileged to present
over 500 speeches to groups large and small, had more than 250 articles published in all major death
care industry media, and written two books, both published by UCG/FCS Worldwide.
In addition, Dan has been interviewed by and quoted in such prestigious publications as the Wall
Street Journal, New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Newsweek, Forbes, Business Week, and

In the late 1990’s, Dan founded and was Vice-President of Allegiance Capital, LLC, a financing company specializing in loans to funeral homes and cemeteries. In 2005, Dan became associated with Aldor Solutions and until April 2007 was Vice President and General Manager of this holding company which includes several cutting-edge technology and soft-ware based enterprises providing internet linked solutions for the death care industry. |

DEBORAH WOHL ISARD
Vice President / Director of Operations
Debbie is a reluctant entrepreneur having joined Dan in the business in 1995 and working together
with him ever since. Her Masters in Social Work degree from Hunter College in New York,
and professional experiences as a community center program director and as a paralegal prepared her
to handle the daily business administration of our evolving consulting practice. In addition
to supervising the Human Resource for our company, Debbie is sometimes called upon to consult with
our clients on critical HR matters. Debbie also manages Foresight’s vendor relations,
general office operations, and seminar planning.
Originally from Philadelphia PA, the Isards lived in Houston, TX prior to moving to Phoenix in 1985.
They have two teen-aged children and a Golden Retriever. |

Originally from Minneapolis, MN, Kevin accumulated ten years of business consulting experience,
including four with financial analysis emphasis prior to joining Foresight in 2003. He has a B.S.
in Marketing from Arizona State University. Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife, young son,

Susan is a Phoenix native and grew up in Scottsdale. Through her diverse background, Susan brings a wide range of skills and ability to her role as Executive Assistant. Prior to joining Foresight, Susan owned a business in the automotive industry for ten years, worked in administration and accounting for eight years, and managed the Café at her church, including catered events. She likes to play tennis and volleyball, enjoys reading and loves to cook for friends. |

Beth Norton was born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona. She has been able to develop many indispensible skills such as Accounting, Public Relation, Human Resources, Project & Personnel Management, Purchasing, and Scheduling; as well as Journalism and Editorial experience. Beth recently returned to her education at Arizona State University, where she decided to major in English Literature. Currently, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her dog, Red. |
